To remain connected, we must be the bigger man
This past September, my wife and I celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary at a restaurant in DC. Predicatably, the waitor asked: so waht's your secret for staying married?
Pause.
It should be noted that this tired trope has been worn to death. Every couple on the planet has been asked this very question when celebrating their anniverary.
Nevertheless... the question warrants an answer.
But before I get into my point, perhaps it's helpful to poise the question to you:
What's your secret in your relationship?
And if you're not in a relaionship, what do you imagine it would bee?
